Dermal Fillers
Injectable dermal fillers can plump thin lips, restore lost volume, enhance facial contours, soften facial creases, and smooth wrinkles on the face, neck, chest, and hands.
Types of facial fillers:
- Restylane®, Juvéderm®, Revanesse® Versa™: (Hyaluronic acid) This natural component of the skin's connective tissue is the most common filler used for wrinkles, hollows, and lip, cheek, and jawline enhancement. The results typically last 6 to 12 months.
- Radiesse®: (Calcium hydroxylapatite) Radiesse® is made of calcium based microspheres suspended in a water-based gel. These beads form a structure under the skin around which new collagen forms. Results from Radiesse last up to 18 months.
- Sculptra®: (Poly-L-lactic acid) Sculptra® Aesthetic is an FDA-approved injectable that gradually replaces lost collagen and volume loss due to aging. Three or more sessions are usually required. Results can last more than two years.
